A great argument is the mark of a top-notch trial attorney. But great argument without EVIDENCE often results in a loss - at summary judgment; directed verdict; verdict or on appeal. EVIDENCE is what the jury uses in its deliberations and serves as the basis for appellate court decisions. As a trial attorney you must always be focused on developing persuasive evidence and effectively presenting that evidence to the jury in a way that is informative and easy to understand.
This teleconference will help you develop techniques to present powerful evidence that grabs the attention of jurors and convinces them. It will expose both in-house and outside counsel to evidentiary issues that arise during discovery and trial. Creation of effective evidence is essential at all stages of a lawsuit. This teleconference will help you think creatively about ways to manage and present the evidence you need to support the claims or defenses in your pending and future lawsuits.
