This teleconference will discuss how to use today's project management tools effectively to identify project delays before they are insurmountable. You'll learn how to use the schedules persuasively and reliably to measure and quantify project delays. The discussion will also provide the technical and legal foundation for the techniques presented. You will be brought up to date on the very latest scheduling tools and concepts relevant to recognizing and quantifying delays on a construction project.
